According to recently conducted survey by CSL ,85%  of the students take out a student loan,and it is not difficult to understand why. The most important issue is that it is almost impossible to get the higher and quality education without the proper and regular finance and most of the students arenot financially ready to meet the education expenses on their own or through their parents or guardian. With incresing living cost and other daily expenses student loan alone has been the significant way for financing the education. The other issue is university and college demands the upfront payment of entire fees. And in the absence of proper financial sources, the dream of higher and quality education just becomes dream of the students.

CEC STUDENT LOAN (CSL) has very clear objective that is to provide the opportunities for the talented,qualified and eligible students by offering education loan under very practical and simple terms and conditions. All the talented,qualified and eligible students from all the countries around the world can apply for CSL. CSL handles every application with priority and with the objective of awarding the opportunities.

So, anyone willing to study can request for CSL under the following steps:

- Send CSL request by attaching your CV/RESUME  and send by email CEC@CECSERVICES.US

- CSL staff will evaluate your request and send you further guidelines by email.

- You follow the guidelines and make formal CSL application.

- Your CSL application will be processed within 25 business days and you will be informed by email  about the final decision on your CSL request.

- If approved, you will be guided further regarding the contracts and others.

- If your CSL Application is rejected, you will be provided the reason/s for disapproval. You can work out and apply again.

- After you complete all the process, your CSL fund will be remitted to your school/college or university as per your request.
